What shows up in my movement?
Observe how you move and stand, and where you notice stability, mobility or tension.

THREE CLEAR STEPS
Your body is not the same as everyone else’s. Why should your training need to be exactly the same?
BODY LANGUAGE offers a guided setting to observe movement, load and body signals with more nuance—without a test, diagnosis or one-size-fits-all training plan. You do not need to be especially athletic or perform anything “correctly”.
INSIDE THE WORKSHOP
Observe how you move and stand, and where you notice stability, mobility or tension.
Clarify which themes—such as strength, mobility, stability or relaxation—you would like to keep observing or take into your training.
Privately record three personal focus areas. They can guide your continued practice and, if useful, be discussed with your own coach or trainer.
In short: Do not simply train more. Observe more clearly what you are training, why it matters to you now and what you want to consciously follow next.
Mobility · Stability · Strength · Posture & movement patterns · Breath · Tension · Recovery
WHAT PEOPLE TAKE AWAY
“What am I noticing? What would I like to understand better? Where should I direct my attention?”
The participant owns their notes. Sharing with a coach is their choice. The venue's trainers remain responsible for exercise technique, training plans and progression. The workshop helps people arrive at that conversation with more specific observations.
FOR STUDIOS & HOSTS
A structured 90–120 minute group workshop, guided by Mel Mihira, with adaptable movement and reflection and a clear personal takeaway for each participant.
Your audience, group size, venue and equipment, accessibility, booking route, communication and fee. We confirm the final duration, from 90 to 120 minutes, before advertising or taking bookings.
A one-off member workshop, an introduction within a training community or part of a longer hosted programme. The venue can choose how to invite and charge participants; commercial terms are agreed directly with the host.
BEHIND THE FORMAT
Mel Mihira brings a physiotherapy foundation, functional anatomy, structural bodywork and yoga training to her work with movement and body awareness. Her practice has developed across Germany, North India, Dubai and Sri Lanka, including multidisciplinary clinical work in India.
BODY LANGUAGE translates that experience into a structured group workshop. It supports personal observation and conversation with existing coaches; it is not a medical assessment, treatment or promise of athletic improvement.
