BODY LANGUAGE PARTNER WORKSHOP

Individual Body Understanding & Training Focus

A bookable workshop for gyms, health centres, studios, performance spaces and organisations. You book the workshop. We bring the preparation and facilitation. You bring the space and community.

90–120 minutesOn-sitePracticalIndividual focus

01 / THE FORMAT

What are you booking?

BODY LANGUAGE is an external workshop that fits into your existing training, health or community offering. In 90–120 minutes, participants explore movement, effort and body awareness and identify three personal training focuses. Duration and depth depend on the group and context; the precise scope is agreed before booking.

Suitable, for example, for gyms, health centres, HYROX, functional training, CrossFit, sports clubs, performance spaces, martial arts/MMA, yoga and movement studios, corporate health and other relevant environments.

These examples do not limit the format to these settings.

02 / OUTCOME

Three focuses. No one-size-fits-all plan.

01

A clearer understanding of their own physical patterns.

02

Awareness of where mobility, stability, strength, control, breath or recovery may need attention.

03

No diagnosis and no standardised training plan. The venue’s coaches remain responsible for technique, programming and progression.

How the commercial model can work.

The organisation books BODY LANGUAGE as an external workshop. It may fund the event internally, offer paid places to participants or agree another suitable structure with us. Depending on market, location and format, a participant ticket might, for example, be around €30–50 per person. This is an illustration, not a fixed ticket price or our workshop fee.

Workshop fee, duration, group size, location, travel and exact scope are agreed individually in writing before booking.

07 / BEFORE CONFIRMATION

Clear before we begin.

Before confirmation we agree location, date, duration, expected group size, audience, focus, space, equipment, responsibilities, fee, travel where relevant, participant model and any additional requirements. Both sides confirm a concrete scope.

09 / FOUNDATION

The practice behind the format.

BODY LANGUAGE draws on structural bodywork, physiotherapy-informed understanding, movement and training, yoga, breath and body awareness. The approach has been shaped through practice and training in Germany, Northern India, Dubai and Sri Lanka. It is not a medical assessment or treatment.

10 / FAQ

Good to know.

What exactly is BODY LANGUAGE?

A guided workshop for more differentiated body awareness. People explore movement and effort and name three personal training focuses.

How long does it take?

90 to 120 minutes, depending on group size, setting and the depth agreed.

How many participants can join?

This depends on space, equipment and the level of individual guidance intended. Share an estimate and we will suggest a suitable group size.

Do participants need training experience? Is it suitable for beginners?

No. Activities can be adapted or skipped. We clarify the audience with the host beforehand.

Is this physiotherapy or a performance test?

No. We do not diagnose injury or illness, provide treatment, assess sporting suitability or prescribe a training programme.

Can people with existing injuries participate?

There is no blanket answer. Acute or unclear symptoms should be assessed by an appropriate clinician. Participation and each movement are voluntary; we discuss relevant constraints in advance.

What should participants wear?

Comfortable clothing for gentle movement; specific details follow once the format is agreed.

What equipment and space are needed?

A safe movement area with sufficient room. We discuss any props or existing equipment before the event; there is no universal equipment requirement.

Can it take place in our existing training area?

Often yes, if space, quiet and a safe flow can be arranged. We review the actual setting together.

Can non-members join?

Yes, once access, communication, booking and venue rules are agreed.

Can we charge participants?

Yes. We agree the ticket and invoicing structure in advance. €30–50 per person is an illustrative range only, subject to market and format.

Can it be tailored or held regularly?

Yes. We can adapt emphasis to your community and consider a recurring format where there is mutual value.

Does it work for a health day or a company?

Yes, as a clearly scoped workshop component. Audience, timing, space and responsibilities are tailored to that setting.

Which languages are available?

German and English. We agree the delivery language before confirmation.

How much does it cost? Is travel included?

You receive a written quote after location, duration, group size and scope are clarified. Travel is itemised and agreed in advance.

What happens after the enquiry?

We review your information, clarify open points and, if appropriate, provide a concrete scope. An enquiry does not reserve a date.
