MIHIRA CEREMONIA · THE CODEX

THE CODEX · BODY & EVERYDAY LIFE

BODY
FAHRPLAN.

A 12-week framework for people who do not need a stricter plan, but one that can hold in real everyday life.

Six people. Two fixed group spaces each month. One personal Fahrplan for every person. Bounded, clear check-ins between calls.

THE FORMAT

A small group. A personal framework.

Body Fahrplan is not a weight-loss programme or an open-ended motivation space. It organises a recurring question about everyday life, attention, behaviour and load so that a concrete personal framework can emerge.

DURATION12 weeks

One clearly bounded round, not ongoing availability.

COHORTMaximum 6 people

Small enough for attention, large enough for different real perspectives.

INVESTMENT€790

Per person. A place is confirmed only after a short fit enquiry.

Start dates, time zone and payment route are confirmed in writing before commitment. An enquiry is not a booking.

THE SIX GROUP SPACES

Observe. Place. Repeat.

Two live calls each month keep the rhythm close enough to remain visible in everyday life, and spacious enough for experience to occur between calls.

Each call works with observable examples and one clear question for the next phase. No one needs to share private health or weight data with the group.

  1. 01Starting conditions

Make everyday life visible: time, energy, demands, friction and existing resources.

  2. 02Everyday patterns

Separate observed repetitions from assumption and self-judgement.

  3. 03Attention & decisions

Notice where everyday life repeatedly asks for too much at once.

  4. 04Load & return

Shape a return after deviations without turning it into a restart myth.

  5. 05Practical Fahrplan

Simplify the personal framework: what stays, what is reduced, what is observed.

  6. 06Continuation

Name a realistic next phase—without obligation or continuation promises.

YOUR PERSONAL FAHRPLAN

The group does not replace individual orientation.

01

Pre-work reflection

Before the cohort begins, you answer a small number of precise questions about your current everyday life, desired direction and conditions you already know.

02

Personal Fahrplan

You receive a concise written framework: observable friction, a next focus, an overload boundary and questions for the next review.

03

Personal application

The Fahrplan remains yours. You decide what you actually try and what does not fit your context.

BETWEEN CALLS

WhatsApp—clearly bounded, not constantly available.

The cohort receives one shared WhatsApp group for concise organisational and process-related check-ins. Mel replies on two set weekdays each week, within two business days. There are no individual chats, crisis support or health advice through WhatsApp.

Share only what you would be comfortable sharing in a small group. Do not use it for health or other sensitive personal data; WhatsApp is not a confidential medical channel.

AN IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

The body is not a character test.

Weight, energy, eating patterns and movement are affected by many conditions. This Codex does not replace medical, dietetic or psychological assessment, and makes no claim to explain why a body has a particular weight.

It is not a weight-loss programme, nutrition or training prescription, diagnosis, or a promise to lose or maintain weight. If weight, eating, mood or physical symptoms are worrying you, a doctor, qualified dietitian or mental-health professional is the right first step.

SMALL COHORT · 12 WEEKS

A clear structure. No automatic booking.

Write a few sentences about what keeps repeating and why you want to consider this framework now. You will receive a candid reply about fit, start date and the next practical steps.

FIRST COHORT · JANUARY 2027

Not “New Year, New You.” A different framework.

The first round is planned for January 2027. Before a place is confirmed, we clarify the start date, time zone, the two monthly call times and whether a small cohort is the right frame for you now.
